TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear expectations. Responsible use.

These terms govern access to and use of Echelon LifeOS™, a service provided by Echelon Life OS LLC.

Effective: September 14, 2026

1. Service

Echelon LifeOS™ provides agency workflow software for leads, communications, campaigns, appointments, documents, underwriting reference, policies, commissions, reporting, and related operational tools. Features may depend on third-party providers and approved connections.

2. Professional responsibility

Users remain responsible for licensing, appointments, suitability, replacements, disclosures, advertising approval, carrier rules, privacy, consent, recordkeeping, and all insurance recommendations. Echelon LifeOS™ is not an insurer, carrier, law firm, or substitute for an underwriter or compliance officer.

3. AI and underwriting tools

AI output, scripts, priority scores, and carrier comparisons are decision support. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a qualified human. No output is an approval, quote, coverage guarantee, legal conclusion, or carrier commitment.

4. Accounts and security

Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, use appropriate access roles, and promptly report suspected unauthorized activity. Agencies are responsible for users they invite and information they upload.

5. Communications

Users may send messages or place calls only when authorized and lawful. Consent evidence, quiet hours, opt-outs, do-not-call requirements, sender identity, required disclosures, and provider registration remain the user’s responsibility. A consumer who selects the optional SMS checkbox on an Echelon LifeOS request form agrees to receive texts only about that submitted insurance-information request and related appointment updates—not unrelated promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase and is not sold, rented, or transferred for third-party marketing.

6. Billing and cancellation

LifeOS Core seats are billed at $199 per user per month unless a different price is shown at checkout or agreed in writing. The optional Advertising Suite is billed at $99 per agency per month when selected. Advertising spend and third-party provider usage or fees are separate. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Customers may cancel before the next renewal to prevent the next charge. Payments are non-refundable after a billing period begins, except when required by law. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Taxes may apply. Failed payments may result in restricted or suspended access. The founder account may receive complimentary access.

7. Acceptable use

Users may not access another agency’s data, upload unlawful or malicious material, misrepresent insurance products, evade consent or opt-outs, scrape the service, interfere with security, or use Echelon LifeOS™ to discriminate or cause unlawful consumer harm.

8. Intellectual property

Echelon LifeOS™, its source code, interface, workflows, original content, scripts, campaign materials, documentation, and related brand assets are proprietary. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, users may not copy, clone, scrape, reverse engineer, extract, resell, sublicense, publish, or use the service to create a competing product.

9. Customer data

Agencies retain responsibility for their private CRM data. They grant Echelon LifeOS™ the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and transmit that data to provide selected features. Export and deletion are subject to the final retention policy and legal obligations.

10. Third-party services

Identity, payment, communications, advertising, calendar, carrier, and AI services have separate terms and availability. Echelon LifeOS™ is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or external fees.

11. Availability and changes

The service may change as Echelon LifeOS™ improves security, reliability, and functionality. Material subscription or policy changes should receive reasonable notice. Beta and preview features may be modified or withdrawn.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Echelon Life OS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Its aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees paid by the customer during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court serving Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
